MEET THE PASTOR
Rev. Will Waller serves as the pastor of Rocky Mount United Methodist Church. He was sent to RMUMC in July 2016 after serving Beulah UMC in Chesterfield, Virginia for four years. With a degree in American History and Politics from Washington and Lee University, God led him to Washingon, D.C., where he graduated from Wesley Theological Seminary in Spring 2012.
Will has two great passions in ministry – equipping people for the mission God has given them, and working alongside the poor. He believes Jesus is serious in his promise to release people from oppression and give them freedom.
He and his wife, Emily, have a son, Ezekiel. They have one ferocious feline, Pasha. Being a father to a cat is cool, but being a Dad to a son is cooler. His family enjoys adventuring on the trails around Rocky Mount and kayaking down the rivers in Franklin County.
